It was an average score for an average experience. The technician seemed unsure of herself and the offerings of the VIP package. I had to remind her of the shampoo and she almost forgot the hot towel. I got the feeling that the extra work was an inconvenience to her.

The stylist didn’t listen at all to what I wanted. Started blending my hair without asking and took off some of the hard earned length in the process. She didn’t even section off my hair, just start shaving it dry. Then at check out the machine forced me to provide a tip. I will NEVER go back and I would absolutely tell anyone that asks what a horrible experience I had!
I can call ahead $ get my name on the list before I arrive. The place is always clean & the cutters are ready to serve you

Jennifer at the Sport Clips Haircuts of Clear Lake Marketplace location is the reason why I’m a regular client there. On my first visit last year, she took very detailed notes on how I wanted my hair cut. And she has done an excellent job with every haircut since then. I highly recommend going to her, and I will be a regular customer there as long as she is there.
Not real happy with my haircut. Asked to leave it full on the sides, ended up much shorter than I wanted. It is also quiet choppy. Hopefully, in a couple of weeks it will grow enough that I can go get a better haircut to even it out.
