Little pricey is all for a standard 10 min haircut nothing extra
Great energy from employee. Service was great. Offered services and wasn't pushy on what services chose. When she didn't know what product would work best for what i needed she asked another employee showing she wasn't going to guess or lie.
The stylist cut my son's and my wife's bangs extremely crooked.
I never give a perfect score, always things to improve. The stylist was nice and give good service. The shop was clean and had Bar-stool on the screens. never had any luck with the on-line platform, I just show up and get in line.
Love the mvp! Shampoo, hot towel and a shoulder massage for a decent price. And you get to watch sports, which I love!!

Service was good once I got there. But I called for a full week and no one answered the phone, nor could you leave a voicemail. Says mailbox is full. That is no way to.run a business. I called corporate to let them know how ridiculous this is. No answer and can't leave voicemail or talk to.anyone
The staff argued about serving me because I am a “woman” with natural curly hair. A haircut is a haircut no matter the texture or the gender of the customer; it shouldn’t matter. Your staff must be trained on how to better treat people and be less biased.
Marissa did an outstanding job as always. She is always friendly and courteous.
The set up and decor is dated, it the early 2000’s nothing has changed. Maybe offer straight razor trims for the neck areas both front and back. Also offer beverages while we wait; give me a reason to want to go not just convince.
