I see a lot of attition and the quality of the haircut is sub par. I think better or additional training for certain hair cuts could be beneficial for some.

It’s quick and easy and we like that they play sports while we wait.
I like the process of checking in. I usually do a walk-in and often I'm seen very quickly, but even if the store is busy, I can see where I am in line. I also like that you keep track of my hairstyle, so every stylist knows what to do, and of course I like the hair wash, towel, and massage, which combine to make it a very pleasant experience that I look forward to.
