Got a great haircut and the stylist was really friendly.
The app and getting a place in line remotely does not work. I reserve my spot and it said it would be ready in 17 minutes. I showed up in store when it said to. But then said 38 minutes not sure how I got bumped but what’s the point of her reserving a spot if you get bumped? Honestly, I will probably start going somewhere else because the app and reservation process is aggravating.

LISSETH IS THE BEST
The Atascocita location is fantastic! They always know just how to cut my son's hair and are always so kind and professional. Recently my husband took my son to another location when the Atascocita was closed, and the other location did a terrible job. The Atascocita store let us come in the next day and fixed my son's cut to a level that we're all happy about. My husband and my son both learned to stick with what works, and if the Atascocita location doesn't have availability one day, we will wait until they do.

She consistently provides an excellent haircut and makes the entire experience professional, comfortable, and enjoyable. Lieule pays close attention to detail, listens carefully to what I want, and takes the time to make sure the final result looks sharp and exactly right.
Her skill, consistency, and friendly attitude are the reason I continue to patronize this business. I know that when Lieule cuts my hair, I am going to leave looking and feeling my best. She represents Sport Clips extremely well, and I truly appreciate the pride she takes in her work.

I do use the Tea Tree conditioner and like the way it leaves my scalp feeling afterwards. The service is awesome. I'm always greeted as I enter the store and they make sure I'm signed in. Christie is my stylist and she is consistent in my cut. She is proud to say that she can cut like that "all day every day"!
