My son went asking for his hair to be thinned out and his sideburns trimmed. He didn’t get the sideburns trimmed and when he asked for more off the top she said it would be 10 dollars more. He is 16 and he felt like she didn’t know what she was doing nor listened to what he wanted.
The cut and wash is always amazing. The con man dry conditioner is a huge plus

Haircuts are usually very good.
Maria is great! She always does an excellent job. The "get in line" system lacks a lot to be desired. Some people actually prefer to be able to make an actual appointment and show up at a specific time to be seen for that appointment. Hoping your preferred stylist is working a given day and open the app several times to see if they are working and then just hoping they don't have a 35 or 45 minute wait to see them specifically is a bad experience. Blend the current system with the capability to make an appointment. A simple AI subsystem can handle all of the reservations without tying up personnel.

I always get my haircut at Sports Clips nice, friendly stylists that do very good job.
Haircut was not what i asked for. Everything else was great. Its hair it will grow back but still not what i wanted at all

Jill is the best. She is very friendly and very particular about making my haircut perfect, and still gets me in and out quickly.
It's been awhile here since I was cutting my hair myself. Kay did such a good job that I will start coming regularly. She was very nice and very gentle. Liked her professionalism.
