Jennifer is an excellent stylist she is friendly and does an excellent job! I am a senior and she goes out of her way to get me in and out!

The wait time on the app was wildly inaccurate. It was supposed to be a 7 minute wait but it was really around 25 minutes

The lady who did cut my hair was an amazing but she did not take enough trouble to make sure that my side Burns or the back could have been taken care of in a better way plus while making up payment without realizing that I was a senior she popped up $31 check out even in fact after the fact I said that I was senior all of a sudden the tip popped out to be a $7 minimum which was almost like 35%. I think so that is not a great practice by such a reputable company but anyway this was my second or third visit after a long time to continue with you guys the practice has to be better the person who does the hair cutting Miss to do a little better job than what was done thank you

What a wonderful time to spend getting a relaxing, and invigorating, trim from Jackie C. It's always nice to spend time talking with her and her team of expert stylists!! She also confirmed the Cinco Ranch shop will be relocating in the next couple of months to a much more accessible location without the crowded parking around La Centerra, looking forward to that move!
