My kid got a hair cut, and it was the worst hair cut ever, I didn’t notice the irregularities there because his hair was wet, but once it dried, I noticed the cuts are all over the place. Terrible terrible cut

Hair cuts starting at 24 bucks. I get there and told since I have long hair that's 10 more bucks. And I was forced to tip. Yes, it's customary and I always tip, but forcing a tip I don't like.
