I've gotten used to your stylists not being able to cut sideburns evenly. I just go home and fix it myself. But this last absolutely butchered my hair.
Arrived right on time for my haircut, was only customer on list. Waited 15 minutes. Noticed this morning several stray hairs not trimmed around my ears. Not the consistent product I am used to from other locations.

I recently visited this location and had a mixed experience. My original stylist was newer and still gaining experience, which unfortunately resulted in a haircut that did not meet my expectations. Another stylist kindly stepped in once it became clear one side needed correction. She was professional, patient, and did her best to guide and salvage the cut, which I appreciated.
I fully support training and understand that everyone has to learn somewhere. That said, I believe clients should be informed ahead of time and given the option to choose between a more experienced stylist or one who is still in training. I also feel the newer stylist may benefit from a bit more time before working independently on the floor.
Both stylists were polite and professional throughout my visit, and I did tip as usual. While I was disappointed with the final result, I would have appreciated some form of acknowledgment, such as a discount, given the circumstances.
Despite this experience, I like this location for its convenience and professionalism, and I do plan to return—just with a bit more attention to stylist experience moving forward.

I have been coming to this facility for almost 10 years now and while Van is my usual stylist and I never want to change from her, when she has not been around any other stylist has always provided an exceptional cut as well. This is a top-notch location and I will continue to return over and over again as long as they continue to deliver such excellent service.

If you have a trainee on the floor, make sure customers are OK being treated by a rookie - and if thats the case, offer a reduced price or some sort of benefits.
