Computer sign up is great, but isn’t always easy to nurse.
The stylist who took care of me did a decent job overall. She was friendly enough and it was my second time with her, but I thought she could have smiled more and been a little more laid back. Had a good haircut and shampoo as well

You have 2 excellent stylists at the Spring Valley store -- Rita and Elsa. They've both cut my hair exactly as I wanted it, quickly and were both very pleasant to deal with.
Easy to register, everyone is very nice, quick.
Renee is always great and can deal with my hair, scissor cut, not just clippers.
