Bianca again did a great job on my cut, even keeping some notes on details of my haircut this time so that together we can see what the results are in the long run. Great job for my second time in, and I will be back for the next cut!

My hair stylist Katelynn, was very friendly and professional. She handled any inquiries I had without any problems and ensured that my hair was to my liking. Normally I hate having to get a haircut for one reason; the silence. But Katelynn changed that completely for me. We talked and chatted throughout the haircut, keeping me occupied during the visit. It was the cherry on top of my fantastic haircut. Thanks to Katelynn and Sport Clips!

My stylist Kayleigh (first time I had her cut my hair) left the top totally uneven—literally left my left side 2 to 3 inches longer than my right side, like she forgot to cut it! I didn’t not notice it before leaving—I was short on time and obviously expect my hair to be even at least. It was not until later at home after showering at the end of the day that I thought something was off, so I pulled hair up on my left back (long) and then my right back (much shorter), pulled my hair up further up on my left (long) and then further up my left right (much shorter)! I decided I was going to return to the store today and ask her to fix it—who leaves hair so uneven? I even told her I comb the top of my hair downwards. —but she was not working today. So I just went somewhere else (not Sportsclips), paid half the amount I did at Sportsclips, and got it fixed.
Convenience. The app is easy to use and is why I continue to use sports clips. Lets me know the wait time at each location near me.

Got my haircut by Zai and she absolutely crushed it. She’s talented, attentive, and has a way of making the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. Not only did the cut come out great, but she’s genuinely someone you look forward to talking to. Definitely my go-to from now on and deserve a raise!
