I had a great experience getting my haircut here. I came in wanting a maintenance cut without taking too much length off, and they really listened to what I wanted. They cleaned everything up while still keeping the shape and style I was going for, which I really appreciated. The whole experience felt comfortable, and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into doing something different with my hair.
I left feeling fresh, confident, and happy with the result. Definitely recommend if you want someone who actually pays attention to what you ask for and makes sure your hair still feels like you.

My son came home with his hair in waves. Not even at all. It was choppy at the top where you can see it when he turns to the side. Wish I could attach photo to show for example.

Monica was amazing. My son is autistic and haircuts are challenging. He had an episode while we were there and she could not have been more kind and gracious. She is amazing.
I got a buzz cut and neck trim without shampoo, massage, etc and was still charged for all the services (almost $30 - triple play rate). I was literally in the chair less than 3 minutes. I was overcharged for the service provided.
Maybe a free haircut so that I could attempt to have a better experience?

I was very disappointed yesterday when I made a reservation on line to see her and that App said my appointment was in 17 mins. I left and went immediately to the store, where I checked in. The board in the store confirmed my hair cut was in 15 mins.
Shortly after that, the App and board went to almost 40 min wait. That was very disappointing and frustrating since I had another commitment to get to.
Tami explains there is a problem with the App that allows people to jump in front of you. She explained that Sport Clips has been working on it for some time, and I hope you get it fixed soon. There are other places for me to get my hair cut and I will definitely consider going someplace else if this happens again.
