Lower prices for standard haircut
The two stylists we did have were wonderful, and so very friendly. But this one stylist, whom after I reviewed my son's hair cut with, and even had selected on the app. Just wasted my time and handed him off to another stylist. No communication nothing. Her rudeness was without a doubt the worst treatment in a Sports Clips. I did address this to the stylists on duty. Very rude and discouraging.

The reason for my high rating is always going to be Kelsey, not only is she awesome at cutting hair but her customer service is EXCELLENT. Everytime I visit her she treats me as a friend. We always have something to talk about and make my haircut experience so worth it Everytime.

Desiree really listened to what my son wanted on his hair.
I had been looking for a new spot to cut my little boys hair. I had been driving around for one hour until we decided to park and go here to sports clips. I never knew how fast and easy it would be to go in and get him his haircut. He really loved that the lady was listening to what he wanted.
He told me, “I never want to go anywhere else ever again, the lady was very nice, sweet and very funny.” I had to walk back inside and get her name because he was so happy. Usually when I take him to get a haircut he doesn’t want to go anywhere because he hated getting a haircut.

My Stylist Elizabeth at the Conroe location was AMAZING, she always is, 10/10. Great Haircut, great customer service.
However there was some manager or corporate person watching her. I mean STARING at us the whole haircut, wash, and styling. It was extremely uncomfortable. Ruined the whole experience. Do better Sportsclips. Also I imagine that would probably make your stylists uncomfortable as well.
