I was told, after my two sons and I were done with our basic haircuts and paying, that we were being charged for the triple play automatically. We did not get shampoos. After inquiring about automatically being charged for a service that we did not ask for nor did we receive, the response was that the franchise owner put that policy in place and they couldn’t do anything about it. There were no signs indicating this and we were not explained this until afterwards. That is a very deceptive practice and I will not be returning. I have been a customer of Sport Clips for over 15 years and will not be returning.
You are too expensive! Then you have the audacity to ask for a minimum of $7(28%) and up to $15(60%) tip on top of a highly inflated price of $25/haircut!

It was just a really fast haircut when it was suppose to be a MVP, read the notes, quick question, buzz and done, did not even wipe or blow off the hair on me, simple basic skills. I guess it was about turn and burn, but hey at least it was not a supercut!
The sports atmosphere
left one sideburn half an inch longer than the other one. Didn't even double check everything to make sure it was even. Didn't offer to style it just rushed through and was ready to be done.

Online scheduling system is awful. Every time I schedule a cut with stylist, get a time to be there, and next thing you know it says arrive now (vs 24 minutes I was told 3 minutes prior). Get there 2 minutes after the text saying arrive now and stylist has already taken first available. Not a way to treat customers who take the time to schedule with someone specific, told a time, and then the time changes only to arrive 2 minutes after the "new" arrive time and they have already seated another customer. It happens 8 out of 10 times and not just 1 location. Please update the online schedule system and improve the functionality of it.
