It's always a great experience to have Belen take care of my haircut and she always does a great job. I've never had any problems with my visits and will continue to come in.
As a busy Mom I appreciate the ease of the app to get in line and reduce the wait time. Om my last visit I arrived 20 minutes before close. I am sure the staff was ready to close down and go home but I still received great service despite it being the end of the day.

Grace at the College Stayion University Ave location was so kind and sweet. She listened to my boy that wanted to get rid of his “boy” haircut and get a “young man” cut. She asked questions to gain understanding of exactly what he was wanting. She was precise with his cut, giving him the feeling that she genuinely wanted to devote time to make him and his desires feel important. She took the time to educate him about his new styling product and showed him how to use it and how to style it in a few different ways for him to get a feel for what he wants to go with. She was very helpful and welcoming. So glad we picked this location to go to and got her as his stylist. Highly recommend her.
Evelyn gives the best haircuts. She and all the other staff are professional and provide excellent customer service.

The hair cut was a fail. Stylist did not listen to request to leave length on top and the side burns were very uneven. She was told about a cowlick and the need for length to be left on top. An obvious uneven by 1/3 of an inch on sideburns!! Way over priced for a bad haircut. Never go there again.
Key (the stylist) is highly professional and gave me an exceptional haircut. Not only did she cut my hair exactly the way I asked, she checked with me periodically to ensure I was getting what I asked for. She has a delightful personality. Plus, she also carried on thoughtful and amusing conversation to keep things entertaining.

It's usually very consistent. I've been going to Sport Clips for many years. Always been pretty happy with the service. But, this particular time, it felt like I was the first customer that this stylist ever had. She was very nice, friendly, and eager to please. However, it felt like she needed a lot more training. One of her co-workers was even reprimanding her for not doing something right having to do with the steam towel. She said something like, "you've been working here for a while now, why don't you remember this?" There always seems to be a lot of turnover. So, I never pick a particular stylist when I sign up online. I just pick First Available and have always had a competent stylist.

Every time I come there to the sports clips in Montgomery, I am welcomed like one of the family and Stacy is the most enjoyable sweet person I’ve ever met while getting a haircut from her, I will return as a pleased customer every time I step through those doors.
