I came in for a trim around the edges. My cut lasted maybe 4 minutes and I was charged for a full cut.

Grace was amazing as always! She does great everytime and is always full of energy and smiling with a great attitude!! She’s very transparent about everything and makes the experience even better with her personality always ready to answer and ask questions!!! 10/10

Ashley is the only stylist I trust. I live 3 hrs. away, but come to B/CS routinely. The entire atmosphere is light and lively, but Ashley does such a good job, that half the time I don't take the mirror to check.
I like the products I like the service but most importantly the people you have work in there one particular Monica spectacular the first time she did my hair which is about three weeks ago a wife, brave and says I’m not allowed to go anywhere else. When again sorry for the second time today she’s remarkable talented professional the best in the industry the best in your sports clips. Sometimes you walk into sports clips and the beauticians behind the chair do not look professional Monica each time fit the mole like she is a true professional in her.
Faith took the time and effort to ask me questions about what I wanted. I know it will take time for her to actually know and for me to also know. As this was my first visit, I was not expected to receive a free haircut, but I do appreciate.

The lady who did cut my hair was an amazing but she did not take enough trouble to make sure that my side Burns or the back could have been taken care of in a better way plus while making up payment without realizing that I was a senior she popped up $31 check out even in fact after the fact I said that I was senior all of a sudden the tip popped out to be a $7 minimum which was almost like 35%. I think so that is not a great practice by such a reputable company but anyway this was my second or third visit after a long time to continue with you guys the practice has to be better the person who does the hair cutting Miss to do a little better job than what was done thank you
