your online booking app seriously needs much improvement one major update would be the ability to schedule your arrival time. Also the integration of checking in once you arrive at the store needs improvement also for some reason the system doesn't recognize the online check in and creates another entry once at the store so you end up twice on the list.

I feel pampered when I get my haircut. Chi is the best.
I go to sports clips and most of the time it’s a disappointing hair cut and by the time I find a good stylist she is generally gone within a few months to a better job. So you have the cheapest hair cut I can get and I’m just ok with being disappointed and just deal with a subpar hair cut.
It’s not just sports clips it’s all the chain barbershops it’s just how yall operate but I don’t want to pay $85 for a hair cut so I deal with it.

Chi does a great job. My son has a nasty cowlick and most hair dressers don’t know how to cut it. Chi gets it right every time.

I got charged 10 more dollars for a regular hair cut and was not even done fully. Had to go home and cut more where hair was hidden. Was not there no more than 20 mins in the seat. For a regular cut how is it a style cut. Fade was not done properly. Didn’t clean up around the areas of the line up. 💁🏽 free hair cut is needed or a refund of the 10 dollars.
I come frequently with my husband and now I take my brother there and its always quick and the quality of the hair cut speaks for itself. They've had multiple stylist and always leave very happy with their hair. We will continue to come back.
