This visit was better than most. Normally it feels like the stylist cannot cut my hair fast enough and I leave less than satisfied with my haircut. This time the Stylist took her time and I felt like she was working to make sure my haircut was a quality cut. I was very satisfied with this visit and the stylist. I only did not leave a 10 as a score because of other experiences. I would leave a 10 if every stylist treated my haircut as Tiara did.
Don’t have to have an appointment but can make one if so, decide.-

The published closing time online showed 4:10. The doors were locked at 3:45 and several customers were turned away. Hours online need to be updated, as this has happened once before when we arrived within half an hour of closing. This time, I made an appointment, and it was removed before we arrived at 3:45. We were told they were closed because they had been busy that day.
My son’s haircut by Maria (roughly we arrived at 11:33am and finished 1:00pm on 1/5/2026) was so bad he cried all afternoon. She was shown a picture of what we wanted and she had seen the notes from his last haircut that was on the computer before she began the haircut. After an hour, my husband informed Maria the haircut was not what we had requested. She was shown the same picture again and she acted surprised. After some more time, Ashley asked if Maria was okay- and she stated “they changed the haircut style” which is not true. We are VERY upset at the outcome of our son’s hair cut and the manner in which Maria handled the situation!!
We’ve been coming here, off and on, for years. I think a full refund and an apology are in order.
Place is always clean, it's in a safe location, and Kita is a fantastic conversationalist and awesome stylist. She always leaves me feeling like a million bucks after a great haircut

Great haircuts at a good price. Loryn did a great job on my hair. She is very meticulous and pays attention to detail. The MVP service is something that leaves me feeling refreshed. Hot towels and head massage are very relaxing.
Brenda is hands down the best! She cuts my son’s hair, and he absolutely loves it every time. He’s had multiple bad haircut experiences in the past, and Brenda was able to fix his last bad cut and give him a style he feels great about. She provides excellent customer service, is patient, and truly knows what she’s doing. We are so grateful to have found her at Sports Clips!

I don’t go to a place just because of what they offer, I go when the stylist does what I need correctly and then I stay with that stylist. So I have found that with Blue. Then I start to think about the services later. It offers many options.
