My stylist did not communicate very well with what I wanted and then next thing I knew, I was scalped! She blamed me. I won’t be back to sport clips any time soon.
I like the online check-in where I can see wait times and jump into queue via app, allowing me to wait from home or run errands before my appointment. I enjoy the "MVP Experience" which includes a hot steamed towel infused with eucalyptus/chamomile, a shampoo, and a brief neck/shoulder massage.
Friendly, easy to talk to.

Great stylists who provide excellent service in a short time. They understand the needs of the clients and keep track of their preferences. And prices are not high.
The cost for a senior was expensive unless you don't give a tip which would not be nice. I paid $40.00 + a $10.00 tip. That's a lot since I have no income. My massage was 30 seconds, thought it should have been longer. Didn't comb my hair after shampoo? Hair was a mess, i had to comb it. Other than that cut was good, had to pay extra for beard trim

The location off 105 and 45 is the only location I’ll go to anymore! The location at Montgomery has been a terrible experience every time I’ve gone. Key is my stylist at the 105 and 45 location and she always gives the best experience and the best haircuts! She needs and deserves raise!

At this location one of the hair stylist was very rude and ignored me when I was trying to explain to her the reason I was getting the haircut, don’t want to accuse her of being a raciest but she made me feel like it. I never go back to this location again.

Not very happy with the haircut that was given. The fade itself was OK but the top of the hair did not mesh well with a fade and just does not look completely cohesive.
