Tried a different Sports Clip location because it was close and I was on a hurry. Definitely one of my top 10 worst haircuts. Perhaps top 3 worst.
You should consider closing that location. Seriously doubt it’s profitable. So many things wrong and the person that cut my hair seemed very disinterested in providing any sort of quality service. Just going through the motions. The vibe. The staff. The store appearance all screamed go elsewhere but I ignored my instincts. Now searching for some place to fix my haircut and will have to pay for it again but don’t really use an option as it’s embarrassing to be seen looking like this.
I don't use products but the staff always greets me when I walk in and make sure I'm in the lineup.
Jackie always takes great care of us and the service she provides with haircuts is exceptional. We visited her at the Cinco Ranch store.
