The girl that cut my son's hair obviously had zero experience with cutting curly 3A biracial hair. My son came in there with 6 inch long hair. I asked her to cut off 1-2 inches, but she kept messing up. So she just kept cutting and cutting trying to fix it. He left with 1 inch long hair. He was crushed. He looked like he wanted to cry. The top was sticking straight up and it was uneven. I had to immediately take my son to a friend and have him fix it. I ended up spending double the amount that I had planned to spend. I only had $60 to my name on that day. I paid for the haircut and didn't make a stink. But it left me broke. We have been there a few other times, but the girl that usually cuts my son's hair wasn't there. This new girl needs to be pulled from the floor until she learns how to cut. Either that, or she needs to be honest if she doesn't know how to cut curly hair!!

We have brought our son here for the past few years. And it seems like the last 3 times that we have brought him. They have slacked in wiping the hair off of his face head and neck. When we ask to have him dust it off again. It's almost like it's an inconvenience. And that they can't believe that there's still hair on there.... but they didnt attempt to wipe him off to begin with. This is VERY frustrating. Service has gone downhill over the years. Very sad
