I checked in online right after the store opened up. Waited a minute or two after I arrived before I was seated and getting my haircut.

Kayla did a great job. She verified the clipper guard size to use, the length of hair to cut, and amount of texturing to do, and trimmed my eyebrows.
The online check-in was easy to use and the predicted wait time was accurate.
The store was clean and product displays were nicely stocked and organized.
The toilet was not functioning properly, as indicated by the water continuously running to fill the tank.
As a 5'-9" tall person, it's my opinion that the recline length for chairs at the shampooing station are too short for full comfort and relaxation.
Forest did an excellent job on my haircut. Fast, precise and great customer service. I will definitely be back to see her again.

My husband asked for finger length on top. He came back with a high top hair cut. Its so bad. My nephew hair is even worse the top of his head looks like a broken lawn mower cut his hair. All different length. So NO WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AT ALL..
