I like being able to book in advance and see how many people are in front and my place in line. I also like the haircuts and shampoos and massages are usually fast compared to other salons.

My haircut is absolutely awful, the man who cut my hair should never be allowed to cut hair there again. It is genuinely the worst haircut i have ever received from sports clips.

There are always several stylists on duty, as opposed to many of your competitors.
At other retail hair salons, sometimes I've walked in and there's only ONE stylist working.
Sports Clips could use some more skilled stylists. Their skills are basic fade and cut. There’s no modern artistic ability. Mainly because they don’t have the daily need for it. But there are many people that go to other places just to get modern cuts and styles because they know they can’t get it at Sports Clips. I go to Sports Clips when I’m on a budget, because I know that I can style my hair around the cut that I will get.
