Zai does an amazing job every single time. She’s talented, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. The cuts are always on point, and the conversation is just as good as the service. Easily the best haircut experience I’ve had — I won’t be going to anyone else.

Walk in service
I showed upabout 30 minutes till closing. I work the same hours that they were open, and I was assisted by lady named Melissa. She was very sweet and worked very hard-and-fast and provided a clean-cut that I was happy with. And she assured me that it was no problem. And that sometimes it happens, and she gave me her business card, and said, feel free to show up at this time. And I'll be glad to cut your hair and I liked that she showed passion. And was very satisfied with my haircut would recommend to others
Friendly and attention to detail
Genesis did an amazing job and made the whole experience as seamless as possible.
Katie, is fantastic as always and as always understands my haircut needs and does not rush to finish a job and takes her time with me
The stylist that my son had was not talented. We provided her with a picture. We provided her with feedback. She became defensive when discussing his hair and how it’s not blending. I had to ask her point-blank if she was able to do it and she did however it was not what we originally wanted and at one point I became fearful that she was just going to purposely make the situation worse by making his hair extremely short and definitely not what we requested.
Service is quick and well done.

Very quick service.
There were only 2 employees at the time of my arrival. There was not any customers, probably due to the recent competition in town offering professional haircuts for around $10.00 for both men and women but the employees were not as interactive as I have seen in my past visits.

More highly skilled or experienced stylists. It seems hit or miss on whether they are skilled at cutting hair.
MJ always does excellent and works great to keeping my hair cut while I’m growing it out. Yesterday it had heavy gel in it and she was able to cut it great.
