The lady who cut my hair scratched the back of my head really bad with the razor. It hurt and now there’s a big red line all the way across the bottom of my hairline on my neck. I’d like a refund.

While I am a female, and I recognize that your business caters to males, I get an affordable hair cut from a stylist that does a good job. It's convenient and easy and I can see my desired stylist's wait time. Sylvia, the stylist I have now gone to twice, is fantastic. I leave with a hair cut that is better than what I got at some high end hair salons.
Someone needs to come up with an affordable female oriented hair salon chain. Not all women want to pay high prices for their hair services. The amount women pay for hair services is insane.
