Matty is always kind and does a great job on my sons hair.
I was informed that sports clips doesn't carry aftershave. Very dissatisfactory. Nor any alcohol cleansing spray for disinfecting. Upon receiving my haircut, it felt like I was rushed. Multiple things could be improved

I walked into the store and went to the chair with my ten year old son told the woman what we wanted and she then proceeded to cut his hair on a 3 all the way around and on top giving my son is starting 5 th grade in a week and he was crying hysterically about his hair saying they will bully him,simple directions isn't hard to comprehend
Got my son's and my hair cut, Leslie and Macy are the ones that took care of us. Awesome customer service from the both.
Breanda did an outstanding job on my haircut! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and paid attention to every detail. The cut was clean, precise, and turned out even better than I expected. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I'll definitely be coming back and requesting Breanda again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut!

Been going to Sport Clips for years. Recently moved to Willis, TX and now going to that location. I request Monica each time because she does a great job, along with being extremely pleasant, patient, attentive, and personable. I always get the MVP and it is well worth the money to get a little bit of relaxation and being pampered for a few minutes. I would highly recommend stopping by and having Monica take care of you.
I like that the haircut prices are affordable. So many barbers are charging an arm, a leg, and your firstborn child.

The person refused to take my coupon she said If I dont want a shampoo I have to pay full price of 25 dollars but I didn't need or want a shampoo. There was noone else there to talk to I was the last customer of the day I shouldn't have to get a shampoo in order to use a coupon for a free haircut
The app needs an obvious way to assign a kids cut vs adult.

My hairstylist did a great job with my skin fade! The only thing I wasn’t aware of was the additional $10 charge for the skin shaver I asked for her to use at the end. It would have been nice to have been told ahead of time about the additional charge. I enjoyed everything else.
