I always get a great haircut, but I am curious why I never see the same people at the location? I really like having the same person cut my hair each time, but the staff turnover is so high at your stores, I NEVER see the same people twice... This tells me about your brand and it is a really negative image. I wish you would do something to retain the same staff.
More stylists to reduce wait times
I don't need to use any products, but I love coming there because it is very efficient, well located, and the technicians are always courteous. The technician I ask for is Melodie. She is really good at achieving my needs and remains professional and congenial at every visit. Also, as a female I am impressed that I am not discriminated at any time because of my age and my gender.

The haircutters are always so patient with my handicapoed brother. I really appreciate their care and attention to details with his grooming needs.
