I love the flows--they are challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic. The large space and nice lighting set a good atmosphere. The music is upbeat and modern, and the instructors always sprinkle some personal wisdom into each session.
Love the hands on assistance and massages, wish we got it all the time! I love the amount and variety of classes offered. The music is good. The teacher focused on being in the moment and setting an intention. She gave good cues. The facilities are clean and people are friendly.
