Love the Variety of classes
The whole team is really friendly and professional. All of the teachers spend time with students after each class. Dian, the studio assistant manager is one of the best. Her class and her behavior with people is the best experience I've ever had. They are smiling all the time and the studio has a good vibe. Even the core power is a pricey place for yoga but I'm paying because of the team and environment.
Melissa is an amazing instructor, and she brought me into CorePower. Absolutely wonderful staff at Winchester! Sarah was fantastic, and I appreciate the classes have a similar "power flow" structure with changes and fluctuations.
I attended the Sculpt class as a guest, recommended by Crystal Catalan with great mentions of Tania. It was a pleasure attending the class as it had a great pace, variety of workouts, and great energy. The venue is clean and organized. For it's size, it has just enough of everything!

Love that classes are only one hour. I love yoga but with a baby, it's hard to commit to a 90 minute class. Corepower gives me a great workout with the time I have - thanks!! :)
