It was my first time in the Yoga Sculpt class and Chelsea was an amazing instructor! As someone at the beginner level, I appreciated the pace and the intensity, as well as her indicating what the next move would be while counting down the current move. It was challenging and fun! I do have to say, it was a little dark in the room, but that's only because my eyesight isn't the greatest! :) I will definitely come back for another class!
Nice, large studios, excellent teachers, good retail shop, convenient location, easy parking. A great place to do yoga! Thank you for adding mid-day C1 and other classes!

The instructor was amazing! A little fast at first (because I'm a beginner), but the reminders to be present were just what I needed. It was my first time in a heated class and loved it. Will be returning!

I absolutely love the energy for the sculpt classes, I’ve been able to lose 25 lbs since getting my membership!
I love how this studio cranks up the heat and humidity. Excellent instructors…one drawback, the last few times I’ve gone to this location, the women at the check-in counter were cold and unwelcoming. I’ve never experienced such haughty behavior from other locations.

Teachers are great (especially Corrine in Santa Clara), the space is conveniently located and is super clean and modern, and the overall experience is great.

I like the workouts, they’re tough no matter the gender or the instructor. I love the towel waves at the end, it reminds me that someone cares about the hard work being put in! 🤣
