Always a friendly, welcoming staff! I look forward to going to each class and I'm bummed when I can't make it. The facilities are always well kept and clean and I love that there are full locker rooms with showers. Makes it very convenient when my life is so hectic!

Love the hands on assistance and massages, wish we got it all the time! I love the amount and variety of classes offered. The music is good. The teacher focused on being in the moment and setting an intention. She gave good cues. The facilities are clean and people are friendly.

The instrctors are every knowledgeable and care about the health of their students. Renee and Lauren are great teachers and are always trying to make the class grow in our practice.
