I love the flows--they are challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic. The large space and nice lighting set a good atmosphere. The music is upbeat and modern, and the instructors always sprinkle some personal wisdom into each session.
All of the instructors are very professional and friendly. I feel like I get a great workout from a confident instructor.

Friendly, clean atmosphere. Decent classes, most teachers seem genuinely interested in students and progress.
Wish parking situation was easier and wish this location offered CP3 classes and more arm balance/inversion workshops.
I’m loving the new early evening/late afternoon schedule! Not everyone works 8-5, so it allows people with different schedules to come to the studio without getting stuck in commute traffic.
