I liked the explanation of the poses. Making it easy to flow with instructions. When done properly, I felt stretching in the targeted areas.
The class was taught very well for a beginner like me. The heat was exquisite!
Pay the teachers what they deserve
HPF on Thursdays with Paul is great! His cues are sufficient, his pace is good, his voice is clear and his music is not super loud and distracting like it is in some other classes. He allows for body and mind connection and concentration on breath, which is an important aspect of yoga. Thank you Paul!

Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Facility is always clean and I greatly appreciate the complementary locks/keys in the locker room to use during the class.

Cool flow and the teacher was very nice
The instructors are each unique in their approach to fitness and it's obvious that each of them care about us in our journey. They have good knowledge and care to learn about me and my goals and we've had thoughtful interchange about anatomy and strength and conditioning. I'm a Physical Therapist and they all value my knowledge and listen with care to my suggestions and desire to learn too vs knowing everything as others have in the past
I really loved Kevin N’s class on Saturday- great workout and tabata style handstand training. Music was great too!
I like CorePower Yoga because it gives me a perfect balance of strength, mindfulness, and community. The heated classes help me challenge my body while staying focused on my breath, and I always leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more energized. I also appreciate the supportive instructors and welcoming environment, which make each class feel positive and motivating, no matter what level I’m at.
I loved the CorePower Yoga studio—the variety of classes and schedules, how clean it is, and the structure of the program.
I love the yoga sculp format and the instructors are great, especially Thao, Tori, and Daron in the Campbell studio
Daron and Zhora classes are an experience. Julian morning classes could be much more dynamic, she struggles with creating a cohesive work out routine.

C2 7am yoga flows can always be a little hotter (I think should be 98+ degrees) but overall the highlight of my mornings.
Emma’s sculpt class on Saturday 8:30 is always amazing!!
