Brit is a fantastic instructor who held a workshop that broke down all of the basic yoga posses that I always thought I was doing correctly in class. I learned that there were a lot of body mechanism that I wasn’t doing properly to get the most out of my practice. Thanks for hosting special workshops like these. I look forward to more of them in the near future.
Parking is easy but the studios are small.

Check-in is super easy, and the yoga instructors make you feel comfortable and appreciated during class no matter where you are in your practice.
