No harsh chemicals

The carpet is still dirty, possibly because it was very dirty to begin with. However, I vacuumed after the carpet had dried because it looked gray in large areas (not stains). I was surprised at the dirt still in the carpet.

Reduce the cost of the upscale, it really was sticker shock when I thought I was getting a great deal in the beginning. I was very disappointed
