My main purpose in getting my carpets cleaned was to address the female dog urine smell in a particular room. The tech was super nice. After the technician left I could still smell urine very strongly in the corner I originally pointed out to him. He was kind to come back and admitted he miscommunicated with me and didnt do the deep clean in that specific are. He said I would need to pay another $65 to have that area deep cleaned. I told him I didn't feel it was fair (not my mistake) since that corner was my original concern and the only reason I paid the extra $65 for that room. After speaking with his boss he said he should be charging me the $65 but would just charged me $35 for an enzyme treatment on that entire room (since there were a couple additional spots I could mildly smell). The carpets were cleaned Monday and it's Thursday and those two spots still smell just like they did before the enzyme treatment, no better. I can still smell a faint urine smell where he did the sub cleaning. I just had higher expectations. I'm frustrated to bring anyone back in because I know it will just cost more and more money and I've paid almost $400 just for my upper floor and still have urine odor. I was also told how great of shape my carpets are in and that even the room with the urine smell wasn't that bad because I have done everything I can with scrubbing it out using Norwex enzyme cleaner and vinegar myself. I had a quote where I could have gotten my entire house done for $400 with Crystal Clean. I'll have to go that route next time and hope for better results.

Clean with no residue

The carpet that was not soiled looked fine when done and I'm sure lots of dirt was taken out of the carpet. But when the carpet that had only foot traffic dried the brown spots came back, lighter, but they are still there. It looked great when it was wet but when the top dried, nope. The two rooms total had very little square footage because of going around the furniture. It ended up costing me over $600 which is twice the price I paid another company two years ago to clean the carpets and the carpets were clean. If I would have done everything they wanted me to do it would have cost twice as much. Your company is out of line with costs and results. The kids that did the job were very nice but would not garantee anything because I would not go with the $1200 treatments. Next time I'll use the restoration company I used last time. They're cheaper and garantee their work.

The technician and process were good. I would have liked to seen the high traffic areas given a little more attention. The thresholds were sufficiently treated, but I can see a difference between the threshold where the technician took extra time, and the carpet just beyond the threshold that now looks like it hasn’t been cleaned. I’m disappointed with that.

Based on the phone dialogue with the on site person, I made the decision to not have the tile cleaned. Had I been home, I would have had the entire tiled area cleaned. I now have a rather curious looking floor and had not planned on replacing the tile for 2 years when I renovate the kitchen
A bit disappointed
The carpet looks clean but was “stiff” and the stairs were wet, not damp. The outer edges of the steps were not cleaned. When I return from a preplanned trip, I will use a brush to clean those areas

I was skeptical but they were professional and thorough. They cleaned my cream carpet and rough cut hickory floors and they have never looked better. I will hire them next time.
