Thank you for your opinion... we would just like to clarify where we are from- our technician Arnel is from Utah, though well travelled. Our technician Gabe is from the Boise area. Our office staff is from Boise and Washington State, and California. Our owner, Dave, is probably the most foreign, coming all the way from New Mexico. All of us are from the west, and all of us have been in Idaho for many years. If you are referring to Dave, he has lived in Idaho for over 8 years now, and absolutely loves it, with no thought of leaving. He believes in Idaho values and traditions. He is a strong supporter of the Constitution, and is not looking to change things about Idaho... We are offering a better way to clean carpet, tile, upholstery, and wood floors. We are trying to preserve Idaho, keeping it beautiful and clean for everyone here, and for our kids and grandkids. So while we appreciate your feelings, we are a little confused on why we rate a 3 on whether or not you would recommend us to friends or family members...
Very friendly & professional technician, gave us great info about different options and potential problems. Made sure he knew exactly what we wanted before he began, and did a great job!

Our old tired carpets turned out much better than expected. Some of the stains that have never come out before are now almost completely gone. The gentleman that did the cleaning was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend ZeroRez!
Arnold was very pleasant, asked questions, and told me step-by-step what he would be doing. He also kept me advised of his progress and finished sooner than I expected. He did an excellent job and I was happy with the rssults.

My expectations were high, given the advertising. I know my carpets are old but what was interesting was how some of the high traffic areas came out looking great while other areas are still dark. The employee spent extra time, I know. I really appreciated that. I don't blame him, at all!. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and quite thorough. I suppose there has to be a limit somewhere. Overall, I'm satisfied, I just couldn't give a perfect score because I can see the potential but it simply was not perfect.

I had some pretty ugly, dirty carpets. Gabe came and took the time to make sure that the job was done satisfactorily-he exceeded expectations. The process was quick. The drying time was quick. Overall it was the one of the best experiences with carpet cleaners.

We had our carpets cleaned this week and I was amazed at the thorough job Arnel did in the carpet and especially the stairs. I will use Zerorez again. The only concern I had was when I called and set up the appointment, I was told an estimate and was also told the stairs would be counted as a room . I also talked about having pet stain removed and I was under the impression that the price I was given was included with the estimate. When Arnel got here the actual price was $100 more than what was quoted. I would be more careful about estimating. All in all I am very pleased with the work done

Very professional and the tech was respectful, kind, and hardworking. Everything we needed was completed and I also appreciated the use of booties, gloves, and face mask as we needed to get the carpet cleaning done in the midst of this COVID-19 outbreak. Very, very happy with the job and the results.
Good service, courteous friendly employees
There are a number of very wet spots still and a few of the rooms. We did not expect that. The carpet seems to have a coating of something on it when rubbed with the bare hand or walking barefoot on it. Again, we did not expect that. It might go away in a few days. We will see. The young man who provided the service was very professional and did answer any questions we had.

The guy who came out to clean are carpets was beyond amazing. We live in Utah and had a rental property done. He called me and walked me through the entire home and made suggestions without being a pressure sales person. He was honest. He took time to take before and after pictures too because I wasn’t able to see it in person.

We really liked our tech. Worked hard, efficient, well spoken. But he missed details on our tile cleaning; behind the bathroom door and around the edges of the toilet, the edges under the toe-kick of the kitchen cupboards. I’m thinking of calling the office to see about a touch up.

Arnell did a great job explaining the process he was doing and was very professional in his service. Very accommodating. Ended up doing 3 extra rooms for us. Told us he had all the time we needed to take care of our needs. Has been trained well and did a great job. Have another job scheduled already. The tech was professional and went over every area thoroughly. I am very happy with the chemical-free process and feel it’s much more effective than chemical carpet cleaning.
idaho falls id growing to fast now.We do not need a big influx of people thinking they have better ideas for idaho and idaho falls. People that are not from the west need to stay and take care of their own cities and states.
