The only complaint I have it that they were very late getting to my appointment. My appointment time was between 11 and 1 and they didn't get to my house until 3:30pm. Being a little more specific with time would be very helpful in the future.

No odor and the carpet is softer and has more loft

Arnell is FABULOUS! He does such a good job! He left my home in a much better way than how he found it.
I do have a complaint about your schedulers. This is my perception,and it might be wrong. But I live 45 minutes from your headquarters in Idaho Falls, Arnell had 4 large rooms, a hallway, 3 upholstery trims to clean, and a shower to clean and seal, and he was to get this all done in a small window of time and then be off to 2 jobs, I think he said on the south side of Pocatello. So add up the time. 45 min To get to my house, unload his equipment go through the house with me to know exactly what needed to be done, clean, clean up his tools ,collect the money , and be in Pocatello,which is at least an hour away from my home.
I would be pretty sure he was late to his next 2 appointments because not enough time was allotted for my home. Even though it wasn’t listed on my estimate I told the schedulers all that I wanted done.

Arnell is very conscientious of his work And it was not right to put him in that situation.
Just so you know also, he didn’t complain to me, after he left I put myself in his shoes and also the shoes of your other clients, and that’s why I wrote this.
I’m so happy with the work he has done for me And hope you can adjust your scheduling so Arnell is not put in this Type of situation again.

The technician was thorough and did a great job!
The zerorez technician (Zoram) was great to work with. He answered any questions I had about the service and spent time making sure I was please with each area he cleaned. He was very polite and careful with the walls, doors and furniture. I had some very worn traffic areas and the cleaning process made them look great. I was very pleased. The technician explained that is it recommended to have carpets cleaned yearly and I will definitely invite Zerorez back for that cleaning.

Arnel was very professional and explained how/why your system works as I was skeptical about the no-soap thing. I really appreciated that. My carpets had not been cleaned in over 10 years and I was surprised how beautiful and come they turned out and I was pleased that it dried fast.

Just not what I expected. When I called for an appointment I told the person that I had dog smell that I wanted removed. I was quoted a price. I wasn't told until the technician was here that was a different treatment and that it cost more. Had I known in advance, I could have been prepared for the additional cost. While my carpet has been cleaned, due to it now having been wet, the smell is worse than it was before it was done. I will say that the technician was very friendly and tried to do a good job.
