So far we had a tech come out and inspect our rug and pick it up to take it back to the warehouse for cleaning. Tanner was kind, knowledgeable, and just down right awesome. They told us it would take about three weeks to get the rug back so I will let you know more once it returns.

Jimmy did an excellent job. My are rugs and sectional looks like it's brand new. He also took the time to explain the protectant process to me. I have a dog and think this option is going to keep my rugs looking good.

You cleaned my tiles before and did a great job but this time I requested to have my group sealed . Unfortunately I was not happy at all with the job. The mop was used look dirty and left all kinds of dirt and debris on the floor and the tiles were left with a sticky film that had to be fully cleaned . No dure I’d the grout itself was adequately sealed . The technician is friendly and respectful but this time I was not satisfied for the amount of money I paid .
