The technician was very friendly and did a wonderful job on my pet soiled rug.

The company repaired, cleaned and polished my travertine floors which were stained, chipped, cracked and dull. This job took two days to complete , but was worth EVERY penny. They are beautiful now! The staff was professional and pleasant. I would definitely use them again for any floor cleaning services .

Hard worker

Tanner was excellent. He knows the product thoroughly, and he told me about how your system works and why. I love that it is completely clean, uses water only, so there's no leftover residues - just clean carpet and upholstery. He also told me the best way to keep it clean is to vacuum every day (who knew).

After he was done, Tanner noticed some spots left on the arm of the love seat and immediately went back outside to get the equipment and spent a few extra moments re-cleaning the area. Thanks to his extra efforts, all the spots came out!!

Because of his excellence, his incredible attention to detail, I will be using you all again. My furniture literally looks brand new. It's cream colored upholstery, but there are absolutely no streaks at all. He cleaned every surface, every corner. The carpet came out really nice, too!!

Tanner's work ethic is something I have not seen in a long time. I really hope the next time I call you all he will be the one you send.

I had a bad experience with another carpet cleaning company last year. Heard about Zero Rez on the radio and my sister used them and was very pleased. I have light colored carpet about 20 years old with very high traffic areas. Zero Rez was on time, very polite and professional and my carpet looks AMAZING! They also did my kitchen tile and front door tile. Also amazing! I will recommend them to family and friends. Will use them again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Finished work was the best we have had in years! Spots that have been around disappeared. Also something that we can't stand is carpet that takes 24 hours to dry, even with fans - not with Zerorez! 6 hours most. The serviceman was great - friendly and thorough. We definetely will have you all back after Thanksgiving to get the rest of the house. Thank you!

I love the method of not using soap. My carpets look great and they were barely damp when the tech was finished. Also hade my tile cleaned and grout sealed. It looks better than new!

The carpet was noticeably cleaner and it did not take very long to dry. ZeroRez was timely in their arrival. They also let us know when they were on their way. They were very honest about what they could do and what they would recommend for the carpet. Pet treatment was a very good recommendation.
