Tanner did an awesome job in cleaning my tile and grout!! He was very professional and friendly and walked every room with me to make sure I was satisfied with the results! I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get their tiles cleaned.
We paid $691.50 and we still have the smell of pet urine in our home. Overall the technician did a good job but there is one room in particular where he had a black light, he looked at the carpet, pulled the carpet back from the wall, looked at the back of the carpet, the padding and the concrete and gave the opinion that the urine didn’t get to the padding or the concrete so he used a topical treatment and cleaned the carpet. When I arrived home from work later yesterday afternoon, I could smell the diminished smell of urine, but it was clearly still there. Our cat who had a bladder issue shortly before he passed away is no longer a possible new cause of the urine smell because the urine issue happened before the technician came to our home. It’s my understanding the technician was very polite and professional so we are very pleased about that. We also like the smell of the products that were used. We would appreciate the urine smell being removed. I don’t know why but with each passing hour yesterday and today it smells worse in that room. Also, I would like to discuss the final invoice since the math on the discounts do not appear to be 25% off.

I must say after hearing him explain the product and then take a drink to show how children and pet friendly your product is, I was just in awe. When I needed your services last week I was very pleased that you came out so quickly and there was no more horrible stench smell in my house. I would highly recommend you. Customer service, pricing and level of work are 2nd to none. I'm very satisfied with the job and work performed. I had all rooms with tile cleaned including grout from years of previous owners and a room of carpet. I couldn't be more impressed with the turnout! Great job Zerorez!
