Spots did not come clean after drying. Tougher spots were gone over while I was watching but not otherwise. Forgot the final room but came back to do it. The only reason it came clean was because it was specially treated by another company. We had to buy special protection so it would come clean well again.
Jimmy was on time and very professional and polite. He took his time and did a thorough job on my carpets. My carpets are now clean.

My service was great, and this is a very professional company. I would give my tech a 10 plus. This truck mounted steam cleaning system is amazing. It brought my furniture back to life. The pricing is great and I would recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors. This company does everything, they clean tile, carpet, marble, rugs and furniture. Fantastic one stop shopping to refresh our homes.

A new technician is coming back out to correct the job that was done. We have a filmy greasy substance on our floors, baseboards and around the furniture that was not moved. I paid way too much for this quality and to now have to have it done again.
