Justin & Nick were on time, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked clean. The carpets look great. My only complaint would be the smell of the carpet protector, I understand it’s a proprietary formula, it’s not a good smell, but it was pretty much gone by the next day.
Our carpets and furniture were very clean and smelled very fresh afterwards. We have cats and he got lots of hair out of the furniture and it really brightened them up. We are already recommending you to our friends and neighbors!! Thank you for great service!!

Was disappointed whit entire service to point I had to get rug doctor after fact to clean it

So after we had the carpet cleaned we moved the bed out of the room and was shocked to find under the bed had not been cleaned at all

It was very easy to schedule our appointment via their online tool. They had next day appointements available! They called when they were about 30 minutes out - our service tech did a very thorough job, spent extra time & effort on the problem stains in the carpet. Will refer and use again!
