Very professional. Text me to confirm 2 days before then called 30 minutes before they were to arrive. The gentleman was very nice measured the floor. Quoted me the price a little less then the original quote after measuring. We talked added a few more things he gave me a total price and he went to work. The end product leaves a bit to be desired. I understand my carpeting is older, however there are steaks in the carpet in some areas. These streaks appear to be dirt. I have pets and the deodorizer or what ever was extra was stayed in all 8 rooms and hallway. I am left unconvinced the process works as pet stains remain in a few areas.
I do not believe the end product was worth the $800 I spent.
