Our technician was amazing - so kind, thorough and concerned about our satisfaction with services.
Jimmy came here today to do touch up work on the kitchen floor. He decided the dirt on the grout was just shadows and did not clean it properly. I know this because of the wonderful job that the tech did the first time I had you come here. Then Jimmy poured sealer on the floor. He had so many puddles of sealer we had to take towels and mop it up. Both our dogs walked in the sealer and had terrible reactions. Fortunately we were able to treat the dogs per our vets advice.

i thought there would be some smell after cleaning apart from the edges of the carpet attached to the walls were dirty, expensive for 15 minutes of a not so deep cleaning. The kindness of the boy who cleaned up makes it up a little.
The creases on the stairs carpet did not seem to b cleaned they are all dark looking that’s my only complaint
