The service that I received from Nick and Ryan was Awesome. I believe Nick is a great asset for the company. He did his job meticulously and I will back and ask for them again. Give him a raise 😊🙏

I had a great experience with Zerorez. The schedulers were very nice and accommodating. I received notifications on my upcoming appointment with clear instructions on what I needed to do to prepare for the visit.
The technicians sent me a text message when they were on their way to my house. Once they arrived, they were super nice and very knowledgeable about their work. They performed above and beyond my expectations.
If they saw something that needed to be cleaned, they took care of it even if it wasn't on the list.
I guess my only suggestion would perhaps be more social media accounts for your company. I wanted to post on more than one platform about your excellent service!
Either poor communication by the inspector, or bad cleaning by your tech, but my offices look no different. Spoke to someone this morning and they are going to try and make it right, so we shall see.

The technician was great and took great care to clean my tile right. Not only did he do a great job cleaning the tile, he made sure the house was cleaner when he left than when he arrived. He was fabulous.

Servicing was excellent and the products make carpeting look almost like they are brand new. I am pleased.
Staff was accommodating and professional, yet friendly. The cleaning job was well done. My off-white caret looks brand new.
The only reason I gave it a 9, is because of the price. It was a bit pricey, but I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to my friends and family.
