You had immediate availability and we are very happy with the results. Our technician, Nick, was a pleasure to have in our home. He did the greatest job and paid special attention to the areas that needed a little deep cleaning. He really was an awesome young man. Have used them once before, for carpet & tile- Nick did an amazing job. This time we had our sofa & love seat & are rugs cleaned- Nick came again, with another rep and they did such a great job. So professional and polite. Will definitely use them again.

My carpets are clean and dry very quickly. What I like the most is the quality of the people that you have working for you. Everyone has been super polite, clean cut and prompt. I trust you in my home.
Technicians were friendly, professional very careful. The sofa and carpet were clean and free of that soapy feeling the other guys leave behind. Everything dried quickly and with out that stiff feeling and just cleaned smell. First time we have actually been wowed buy a cleaning service.

The cleaning of 4 rooms of carpeting was reasonable. However, I would caution anyone considering upholstery cleaning to examine the cost carefully. I paid more to clean one sofa than I did for the 4 rooms of carpeting. To be fair, when I complained, I received gift cards for future use.

They were very professional and my couch cleaned up really well. I’ll never try to “do it myself “ again. More importantly, they were honest. I have two cotton chairs that they questioned. After test cleaning an area 3 times, we decided the chairs would not clean, so they took them off the bill.
Everything! Carpet looks great and spots I didn't think would come out did, will use this company again.
