Nick was so friendly and informative. He was not grossed out at all by my doggie dilemma (it was nasty) and didn't make me feel the slightest bit bad for having him clean it up. Your prices are super reasonable, which means I am more likely to use your services more frequently rather than just annual cleaning. I have zero complaints and nothing but praise! Thank you!
Obviously Tanner was very thorough in his cleaning of the shower and tile and tub in the master bathroom that we just remodeled. He explained the time frame that would be necessary to clean the shower and set the expectations for the "final product." We believe that he exceeded those performance expectations.
In our wrap up conversation Tanner noticed that there was a possibility that our air ducts might need cleaning and provided us with an estimate.
Zerorez technicians have done outstanding work in cleaning our carpets and our tile and grout and we will keep coming back. Additionally we are recommending Zerorez to our neighbors and friends.

Customer service is good, the product you provided was good, you are clean just like the other companies except don’t use the harsh detergents and I like the product you guys are selling and it works. Technician did a great job. Nick was very thorough and explaining what he was doing, and very thorough in the work that he actually did was extremely friendly and overall he presented a good presentation for the company.

Justin was absolutely OUTSTANDING in every capacity. He reached out early enough to confirm he could come over following the storm, he gave us a very accurate window of time for arrival, was far beyond customer service oriented, very friendly, he went above and beyond to make our 4 year old feel special and did all this while providing exceptional service professionally. Our carpets are like new!! I will be calling the office to request him to come back in order to deep clean our tiles. We are beyond satisfied with the service and I have recommended to a number of friends over text. Thank you so much!!!!
Your technician Nick was great. Looked through the house, set up corner guards, pretreated and cleaned the carpets in the time he said. Took the time to explain what he was doing and allowed me to take pictures before he moved to the next area as this was a cleaning for the end of a rental property. He was very friendly. Highly recommend both Zerorez and Nick.
