Great technicians
Efficient, effective and Tanner is a great technician.
Alex provided awesome service. The products especially the carpet rake which we have never seen before were top notch. The carpets throughout the house looked like new when the job was completed and the price was competitive.

The technology used to make an appointment, keep the customer informed, plus the ease of payment. I do not like chemicals, so it was nice to use a service that minimizes their usage. The carpet was very clean without residue and smells very fresh. I was amazed the 12 year old wool rug looks almost like new. Also, the porcelain floor tile and grout is beautiful.
