Being able to book online was what sold me, and the service was perfect.
Nicholas did a great job protecting the walls in my home with the equipment. I truly appreciated that. He also explained what the chemicals will do to the carpeting and how the cleaning processes are performed. Nicholas was great and I would definitely recommend him and the services to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned!
We have had several different companies clean our office floors in the past 35 years. When we first tried Zerorez we noticed that the carpets stayed much cleaner for a much longer time. It was very obvious to us that your system did a better cleaning job than the other cleaner companies.
When Zerorez stopped working in our area several years ago we were stuck with the other companies and we were not satisfied with them.
We used Zerorez at our home also and have always been pleased with the results.

Great job. Carpets are nice and clean Could have been better communication on price and room sizes for the $147 4 room sale price when I placed the order on the phone. No room square footage was mentioned. Your service tech Tanner made good on the sale price after our discussion.

Your carpet cleaning service uses less liquid than others, hence, carpet dries quickly. You are able to make my carpets look very clean compared to other carpet cleaners! Look forward to having my tile a d grout cleaned!
