I think you’re too expensive for the service you provide

Carpet cleaning work performed above expectations on our older carpet. Service technician had great attention to detail and was very friendly and professional.

Nick did an amazing job cleaning my sectional upholstery and my area rugs. My sectional looks brand new! He was professional and friendly. He called to let me know what time he would be here and completed the job in a timely fashion. I will definitely use this company again and request Nick if possible!
Adam was punctual, attentive to detail and personable. He explained everything with kindness and answered all our questions with ease.
The only complaint is that they weren't that thorough, they missed the corners, some hard to reach spaces and behind the doors, I had to tell them, and then they did it.

Great customer service and quick work. Carpets look and smell amazing, I've already recommended them to someone else and will use them again in the future.
Very accommodating technician. A good job of cleaning our throw rugs. The only problem was that he burned our grass where he spilled some chemical and I had to replace the burned area with several sod plugs.

Paying over $300 to clean a small area rug end up completely ruined is not making me a customer that you would want to give comments.
Not offering an assistance to fix makes your business less desirable to work with
I was impressed by the friendliness and prompt timing of the man who came to clean our carpets. However, I don’t know how clean they actually are because they still stink. We needed the carpets cleaned and sanitized due to our puppy having accidents in the house and an A/C leak that had mildewed. Our house still smells like puppy pee and mildew, so I’m going to have to get another company to come clean the carpets again! Using Zerorez seemed like the best option, but I really just feel that in the end I wasted $270.
I like the products that Nicholas use to clean my wall to wall carpet and my couch.
I also felt very good about how knowledgeable Nicholas is about carpet and upholstery materials and care. He was able to answer all my questions, which eased my concerns.

The technician who came to my house, Adam, was first rate. He articulately explained what method he would use to clean my rugs and why. Adam was efficient, polite and determined to provide excellent service which he did with room to spare. Zerorez makes good communication between the business and the client a priority. Cannot 't speak highly enough about the service provided.

When I called to inquire about service, the receptionist was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The service tech, Anthony J, and his manager worked together to accommodate my schedule and completed service within 24 hours of my request. they did this by working outside normal business hours to take care of their customer and I appreciate the work they did.
