The process you had for detailing my rugs was very thought through. Your employee was friendly and went out of his way to help me figure put how to tackle some of my toughest stains. The process was just so simple and quick. Can't say enough about my wonderful experience. Price was fair, and I would do it again in a heartbeat if I had the need.

What do you like about our products and services?

I would give the person who came to our house (Nick) the highest possible rating. He arrived on time, explained all of our options for cleaning, and seemed to be thorough and careful when cleaning our mattresses and rug. Based on his service, I would not hesitate to hire your company again for any future cleanings we need. I’d be happy if Nick was the person who came again the next time we hire zerorez.

How easy it was to get an appointment. My tech, Anthony was on time, called to let me know he was on his way. Was very polite upon arrival and explained everything he was going to do and did it. Anthony is a great asset to your company.
