How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You weren’t able to get the marks off my cushions. Not sure they got any better. The person was very nice and professional he said when the cushions dried they’d look better but they don’t. Disappointed.

Love that products are safe for my family (which includes 3 fur babies) while also being incredibly effective. The technicians were amazing - friendly and professional - and our tiles floors have NEVER looked better!!!

I loved Justin! He was so professional and was determined to see me satisfied with the job he was doing. I was so impressed. I have a white sectional, so Justin had his work cut out for him. I will definitely call on him again.

My husband is the one who told me about Zerorez he heard an advertisement on the radio. I had a bad experience with the cleaners before and was a little nervous to try again. But, Anthony our tech came out did his best to clean up from the previous cleaners. Anthony was very professional, thorough and will be having him back to do our wood floors. Thank you for caring about your customers, it is hard to find a reliable, honest company anymore.

The Service Techs, Nick and Anthony, were very friendly, in fact they had been to my house previously for the same couch. They arrived when they said they would and did a fantastic job cleaning the upholstery and cleaning up afterward.

The customer service was OUTSTANDING! The young men who cleaned my upholstery and area rugs were incredibly polite, prompt, and so enjoyable to have in my home! A+!!!!!!
