Hi "My Bike Shop" Team,
I got an email offering me a different color bike than the one I ordered, which I think I like even more then the color I thought I wanted. I picked up my bike on Tuesday 25/05/21. Otherwise I would need to wait for my original order to come in. So I was very happy.
The young man who helped me was calm and personable. He acquainted me with my bike to where I felt confident going forward and he also invited me to call into the shop if I have any trouble.
It's been many years since I've been on a bike. I'm glad I made the decision to get a bike and I'm glad I picked "My Bike Shop".

I had gone into a different store & had terrible service but from the minute I walked into My Bike Shop I was welcomed & nothing was too much effort.. I was kept informed as to the delivery date etc & am more than happy with my purchase. I cannot recommend this store highly enough
