The boys are great to deal with. They are very honest and they do a great job. Anytime the work on the bike is getting more than what we agreed on they give me a call before continuing with the work. The don't try and upsell you. If you want to spend $40 - $4000 on the bike they treat it the same.

Very high standard of customer service from both Jason and Callum. I am a returning cyclist after 15 years away. Last Tuesday I collected by bike from the shop and Callum took an hour with me to answer numerous questions.
There were delays with parts, however every delay was communicated to me.
