Jason has been very patient and great to deal with, I started looking for my wife and I and wasn't sure what to get her, he suggested a few but said ultimately a Electra townie would be best for her, he was spot on. Also helped me out with my needs and again, couldn't ask for any more. It took me three visits to nail down what I wanted, never pushy, always helpful and just great to deal with.
