I brought my daughter her first mountain bike and the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The bike is fantastic and we are riding as frequently as possible. They also checked my sons bike and made a quick adjustment to his gears and I felt the level of service was above and beyond.

Whenever I’ve had a problem with my bike I’ve phoned the store and they’ve told me to bring it right down and they’ve got me going again quickly. I really appreciate knowing that for small problems that appear suddenly they will get me back on the bike right away.
