The effort the team goes to when you have an inquiry is great regardless of what you are after. It's the same if you are shopping for a new bike or a $20 part. They are helpful and knowledgeable and give you advice that's relevant to your situation (again regardless of what you are there for). I feel like I'm getting advice from a friend when I'm there, rather than from a salesman. These guys ride bikes, they don't just sell them.
