Good system of notifying me as a customer
I was very concerned with the new way it is determined when an automatic delivery is made. In the past we always received a delivery by the time our gauge was at 10 percent. This mo th we were down to 6 prrcent and it was the weekend so I was unable to speak to anyone. I called on Monday and was told we were scheduled for delivery that day. I was very pleased to receive a call apologizing for being caused stress. I was assured going forward we should not get so low. We have been with the company for years and have always received our deliveries in a timely manner.

I believe the pricing is very competitive. I realized we were dangerously low on propane. I placed the online order for propane. In a day or two the delivery driver was at our house. We neglected to plow the lower driveway for the propane truck. Despite questionable passage to our tank, the driver made the attempt and successfully filled out tank.
He could have rightly offered to return another day when the rather steep driveway was plowed. That's good customer service. Thank you.
Have been a customer since 2008...deliveries have always been on time...lately I know it has been tricky to get in touch by phone but I am sure the kinks will be worked out. No real complaints.
I would like to know why I late on auto delivery?? In the past, I would receive a fuel delivery in early November, old people and babies need heat. Two years ago I had a generator installed so that when electric went out, I would have the furnace to prevent my pipes from freezing....it doesn't help when the fuel runs out..
