Loved that we not need to provide a social security number, nor credit card number, nor blood type before we could have an account established and oil delivered. Loved that a person answered when we called - each and every time.
Was not told (or we were not paying attention) to leave a check and went several days without a promised delivery. After a week of no delivery, Melissa answered the phone letting us know that the delivery person had tried to deliver a few times, but did not because a check was not left.

Service was quick and efficient. I had a scheduled service window of 2-4 pm and the tech called/arrived very shortly after 2 so there was minimal waiting involved. He diagnosed and fixed the issue on my newer Whirlpool washer unit very quickly and it works like a charm now. I will use Downeast Energy again for any appliance issues in the future.
