One of the reasons I returned to Downeast Energy/propane is the pleasure of working thru a somewhat touchy situation with your sales person, Justin. I find him able to persevere , navigating any situation due to his knowledge, integrity and personality. Hes a quick thinker and is “ on spot”!
Justin is definitely an asset to your company and I hope you give him a commendation before his peers! I’m sure a bump in his check would be appreciated too! 😊 There are not many like him!

Prompt response from entire organization. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. With Auto delivery there is no worry about running out of fuel.
