I didn’t like waiting 2hours for a oil change I ask for them to check my tire pressure and when I checked my tire pressure and they put air without checking 2 tires showed 41 and two showed 40 in them when I checked it it showed 40 and 41 I was shocked at that my tires I think hold 36 but other than that I’ve always like coming in to get my oil changed

I appreciated the time that Kanon the salesman and Trevor the manager took to explain things to me but mostly I appreciated their honesty. I am sorry that we couldn't work out a deal but I totally understand that financially it wouldn't have been the best thing for me to do at this time. This is by far one of the best car dealerships I have been to!!!

Very fast service, I always come on my lunch break from work and they get my oil changed just in time. Any time I call to make an appointment, they always get me taken care and it makes things very easy.

I like the vehicles but far more importantly I like the folks at Don Franklin. My sales guys ( I’ve purchased two vehicles) and the service people have been exceptional. Parts guys, finance guys have been great as well. It’s no wonder to me the dealership is successful- you got fabulous people.

Well, the people at the dealership were super helpful, and pleasant. I'm particularly looking for a mid-size hybrid. The Sonata is the only one I've seen other than a Prius Prime that fits what I really want. The staff there guided me in the best direction for me, even though it will delay the sale for 4 months. Although truly no dealership wants an EV trade anymore, they explained the better options for me. I hope to see them again soon.
