I was very disappointed when driving back to Somerset my Genesis 80 when into a jumping motion throwing out oil following manitance check with oil change it was 92 degrees while waiting for.
Genesis to come pick me up and having to call for the tow truck and returning to Lexington to get a loaner even tho they had my insurance co ,and license they said I had to sign before getting loaner I felt the staff driver that came should have brought paper and loaner so I could continue home while they were repairing my car but they were very prompt and came to Somerset bringing my car while picking up loaner I was pleased with the service director he assured me my Genesis was not harm by losing oil that the oil ring failed losing almost4 quarts

He was so eager to help and was enthused to answer all my questions as I shopped. He was more than kind. And while I did not purchase that day, he still made my business feel welcomed.
