Courtesy and professionalism! Prices seem to be fair. Genesis, I am not a fan. Our family has bought and leased three vehicles from Don Franklin. I went to Genesis to look into purchasing a G70; no salesperson came to help or answer any questions. So when or if I buy, I will have one of the salespeople from Sonata/Ty Cobb get the sale. Don Franklin still has my business!

I have owned several Hyundai vehicles over past yesrs…A Genesis & A Tucson were purchased & then a Tucson Limited & aTucson Convenience were leased through Don Franklin. Hyundai service has always been great. The salesperson I have delt with at Don Franklin ( for both leases ) was Mr. Ty Cobb. His sales experience & knowledge has been exemplary in finding exactly what met my needs at the time. When my sister was visiting recently, I brought her in to meet Ty & he helped her with a lease, as well! So, again, thanks, so much. Needless to say, I will continue to recommend Ty & Don Franklin in the future.

Really liked our salesman Collin O’Connell. We had previously owned 2 Sonatas in the past and was happy with them. We are expecting a good vehicle this time. Also, the warranty and service guarantee is a very important thing.
