I was impressed by the personal service from my reception and greeting to the return of my vehicle. The waiting area was stunning and had the vibe of an exclusive lounge or reception area. And I could watch the work done on my vehicle giving me full assurance of the white glove service that sets Genesis apart. I left already looking forward to the next time I need my car serviced!
Straight forward pricing, no haggling or game playing like having to talk to the manager and waiting for a response. I have walked away from other dealers for such things and never went back even when they called back with an offer that I would have accepted the day before. No extra add ons like paint sealing, etc. Easy purchase process once you have made a decision.
