Timely and friendly communication about the health of my 2023 Genesis G90. The service writer listen to all my concerns about my issues that brought me to the service department. Coincidentally, the problem(s) I experienced doesn’t always show up when in the service bay. The service writer still went beyond norm to ensure my concerns are documented as I observed and notes it in a way to make ensure the person conducting the analysis and/or service work, can accurately identify and fix my vehicle. They don’t hesitate to call me for additional information as needed. Thanks
