The new building is very nice, Brad was very helpful. The whole process of buying a vehicle at any dealership has always been a challenge for me. Negotiating a price is painful. You really don’t know if you are getting a good deal or not. Again Brad was very helpful and didn’t waste my time. I currently own a Hyundai and in all likelihood will buy another.

I drove down from Columbus OH to purchase my car because Bennet Kanon is a longtime friend of my grandson and as soon as my daughter reached out to him because I was having trouble dealing with anyone up here. He went above and beyond what anyone should or could expect from him!! I am so glad that I responded when he reached out to me! He listened to me and he found me just what I was looking for! Michael in finance was also phenomenal. I am so thankful that I took the time and opened my mind to buying a car long distance! Great experience and I would definitely do it again.

The service manager Dan made the experience a pleasure instead of a chore.The customer waiting area was the most people friendly waiting area I've seen. And I love the glass wall allowing you to see the service area. All in all I was extremely impressed.

I really like my Genesis. It has been more than I expected. I test drove the new 2026 Palisade, again it was very impressive. I am anxiously waiting for the arrival of the Hybrid Calligraphy Night Edition.

Didn’t take too long
The advisor that helped me was great. I had called to make the appointment for an oil change the week before but some how failed to get on the books. When I arrived for my appointment he could not find my appointment on any day but he made sure I was taken care of and my oil was changed since I had to drive 65 miles.
Jamal was very genuine and showed empathy and understanding after the experience I had with service dept. He is a true example of a great salesman and I’m so glad the universe brought us together in a time where I didn’t know which way to turn!!!!!

User friendly staff who give easy-to-understand what they plan to do, what they did, and the price for each aspect of the car care. And, if for some reason something needs another look, they get you in quickly and make sure that you are totally taken care of and happy with the work.
I love my car and appreciate the honesty of the service department. I just hate how long it takes to get into the service department.
